Le but \u00e9tait d&#039;avoir un meilleur aper\u00e7u de l&#039;aide humanitaire et de l&#039;assistance fournie et de voir o\u00f9 des choses manquent et o\u00f9 les besoins ne sont pas satisfaits.<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;accent principal a \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement mis sur le passage du fait de recevoir de l&#039;argent et d&#039;un logement gratuit \u00e0 l&#039;autosuffisance et \u00e0 une bonne int\u00e9gration dans la vie grecque. Il s&#039;est \u00e9galement concentr\u00e9 sur tous les types et groupes de personnes, des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 LGBTI en passant par les enfants orphelins, afin de garantir que toutes les consid\u00e9rations soient analys\u00e9es. Le nombre de personnes interrog\u00e9es \u00e9tait de 1\u00a0436. Les probl\u00e8mes cl\u00e9s suivants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 identifi\u00e9s dans l\u2019\u00e9tude\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manque d\u2019informations et de sensibilisation sur les services nationaux, les proc\u00e9dures d\u2019asile et les m\u00e9canismes de plainte et de signalement disponibles<\/li>\n<li>Manque de cours de langue grecque<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation formelle pour tous<\/li>\n<li>Interpr\u00e9tation insuffisante<\/li>\n<li>Manque de personnel f\u00e9minin dans diverses agences, dont la police, parmi les interpr\u00e8tes et le personnel m\u00e9dical<\/li>\n<li>Proc\u00e9dures d&#039;asile retard\u00e9es<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux services nationaux, notamment aux soins de sant\u00e9, \u00e0 l\u2019aide juridique, aux services psychologiques et sociaux. Manque d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 une nourriture de qualit\u00e9 et \u00e0 des installations WASH appropri\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li>Absence de programmes de sensibilisation<\/li>\n<li>Application inad\u00e9quate de la loi, cr\u00e9ant une culture d\u2019impunit\u00e9, en particulier dans les RIC et les sites<\/li>\n<li>Absence de m\u00e9canismes de protection communautaires<\/li>\n<li>Les programmes de coh\u00e9sion sociale semblent avoir une port\u00e9e limit\u00e9e<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir examin\u00e9 cela, les suggestions suivantes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites pour r\u00e9soudre ces probl\u00e8mes\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la fourniture d\u2019informations<\/li>\n<li>services d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation renforc\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>accro\u00eetre le plaidoyer pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services publics (\u00e9ducation, m\u00e9dical, psychologique)<\/li>\n<li>promouvoir l\u2019inscription de tous les enfants dans le syst\u00e8me scolaire public accro\u00eetre le soutien \u00e0 l\u2019emploi et \u00e0 la documentation (pour l\u2019autonomie, l\u2019int\u00e9gration)<\/li>\n<li>d\u00e9velopper et promouvoir des programmes de coexistence et de sensibilisation aupr\u00e8s de la communaut\u00e9 d&#039;accueil; offrir une formation sur les principes de protection des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s au personnel des principaux acteurs de la communaut\u00e9 d&#039;accueil (par exemple, les enseignants des \u00e9coles)<\/li>\n<li>am\u00e9liorer l\u2019application de la loi accro\u00eetre la coh\u00e9sion sociale et les projets de loisirs communautaires<\/li>\n<li>mettre en \u0153uvre davantage d\u2019initiatives communautaires et d\u2019autonomie pour aider les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s \u00e0 se sentir autonomes et inclus<\/li>\n<li>\u00e9tablir et renforcer des programmes de sensibilisation et une r\u00e9ponse centralis\u00e9e (par exemple, par le biais de centres communautaires)<\/li>\n<li>renforcer les m\u00e9canismes de protection communautaires<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Il est absolument crucial que les organisations humanitaires entreprennent des recherches comme celle-ci pour d\u00e9terminer au mieux les lacunes qui ne sont pas combl\u00e9es.
