Concr\u00e8tement, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9valuation des besoins sur les d\u00e9fis auxquels les jeunes migrants sont confront\u00e9s pour trouver un emploi dans les zones rurales de Gr\u00e8ce et de Catalogne et nous avons \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les programmes et organisations existants qui ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des programmes d&#039;int\u00e9gration visant l&#039;int\u00e9gration sociale et professionnelle des groupes vuln\u00e9rables. \u00c0 partir de l\u00e0, nous avons pu identifier les meilleures pratiques qui peuvent servir \u00e0 toute organisation cherchant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper ou \u00e0 renforcer un programme d\u2019int\u00e9gration pour les jeunes migrants dans les zones rurales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retrouvez notre rapport final ci-dessous.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Youth4All visait \u00e0 partager des connaissances et des bonnes pratiques impliquant diff\u00e9rents partenaires travaillant sur l&#039;innovation sociale pour l&#039;inclusion des migrants et des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s dans les zones rurales.
