El objetivo de la misma era conocer mejor la ayuda y la asistencia humanitaria que se est\u00e1 prestando y ver en qu\u00e9 aspectos se est\u00e1 fallando y no se est\u00e1n cubriendo las necesidades.<\/p>\n<p>Se centr\u00f3 espec\u00edficamente en el paso de recibir dinero y alojamiento gratuito a ser autosuficiente e integrarse adecuadamente en la vida griega. Tambi\u00e9n se centr\u00f3 en todo tipo y grupos de personas, desde los ancianos hasta la comunidad LGBTI, pasando por los ni\u00f1os hu\u00e9rfanos, para garantizar que se analizaban todas las consideraciones. El n\u00famero de personas encuestadas fue de 1436. En el estudio se identificaron las siguientes cuestiones clave:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Falta de informaci\u00f3n y concienciaci\u00f3n sobre los servicios nacionales, los procedimientos de asilo y los mecanismos disponibles de reclamaci\u00f3n y denuncia<\/li>\n<li>Falta de clases de griego<\/li>\n<li>Acceso a la educaci\u00f3n formal para todos<\/li>\n<li>Interpretaci\u00f3n insuficiente<\/li>\n<li>Falta de personal femenino en diversos organismos, incluida la Polic\u00eda, entre los int\u00e9rpretes y el personal m\u00e9dico.<\/li>\n<li>Retrasos en los procedimientos de asilo<\/li>\n<li>Acceso limitado a los servicios nacionales, incluidos los sanitarios, la asistencia jur\u00eddica y los servicios psicol\u00f3gicos y sociales Falta de acceso a alimentos de calidad y a instalaciones de agua, saneamiento e higiene adecuadas<\/li>\n<li>Ausencia de programas de divulgaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3n inadecuada de la ley, lo que crea una cultura de impunidad sobre todo en los CIR y en los sitios<\/li>\n<li>Ausencia de mecanismos de protecci\u00f3n basados en la comunidad<\/li>\n<li>Los programas de cohesi\u00f3n social parec\u00edan tener un alcance limitado<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tras analizarlo, se hicieron las siguientes sugerencias para abordar estas cuestiones:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mejorar el suministro de informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>refuerzo de los servicios de interpretaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>aumentar la defensa para mejorar el acceso a los servicios p\u00fablicos (educativos, m\u00e9dicos, psicol\u00f3gicos)<\/li>\n<li>promover la escolarizaci\u00f3n de todos los ni\u00f1os en el sistema escolar p\u00fablico aumentar el apoyo al empleo y la documentaci\u00f3n (para la autosuficiencia, la integraci\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>Desarrollar y promover programas de convivencia y sensibilizaci\u00f3n con la comunidad de acogida; impartir formaci\u00f3n sobre los principios de protecci\u00f3n de los refugiados al personal clave de los agentes de la comunidad de acogida (por ejemplo, los maestros de escuela).<\/li>\n<li>mejorar la aplicaci\u00f3n de la ley aumentar la cohesi\u00f3n social y los proyectos recreativos comunitarios<\/li>\n<li>poner en marcha m\u00e1s iniciativas comunitarias y de autosuficiencia para ayudar a los refugiados a sentirse capacitados e incluidos<\/li>\n<li>establecer y reforzar programas de divulgaci\u00f3n y una respuesta centralizada (por ejemplo, a trav\u00e9s de centros comunitarios)<\/li>\n<li>reforzar los mecanismos comunitarios de protecci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Es absolutamente crucial que las organizaciones de ayuda emprendan investigaciones como \u00e9sta para ver mejor d\u00f3nde no se est\u00e1n cubriendo las lagunas.
