El prop\u00f2sit d\u2019aquesta tasca era obtenir m\u00e9s informaci\u00f3 sobre l\u2019ajuda humanit\u00e0ria i l\u2019assist\u00e8ncia que s\u2019ofereix i veure on s\u2019est\u00e0 perdent les coses i no es compleixen les necessitats.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu principal es va dur a terme espec\u00edficament sobre el canvi d\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de diners i l\u2019allotjament gratu\u00eft per a ser autosuficient i integrar-se adequadament a la vida grega. Tamb\u00e9 es va centrar en tot tipus i grups de persones, des de la gent gran a la comunitat LGBTI, fins als infants orfes per assegurar que s\u2019analitzessin totes les consideracions. La quantitat de persones enquestades va ser de 1436. S&#039;han identificat els seg\u00fcents problemes clau a l\u2019estudi:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manca d&#039;informaci\u00f3 i consci\u00e8ncia sobre els serveis nacionals, els procediments d&#039;asil i els mecanismes de den\u00fancia i presentaci\u00f3 d&#039;informes<\/li>\n<li>Manca de classes de llengua grega<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e9s a l&#039;educaci\u00f3 formal per a tothom<\/li>\n<li>Interpretaci\u00f3 insuficient<\/li>\n<li>Manca de personal femen\u00ed en diverses ag\u00e8ncies, inclosa la policia, entre int\u00e8rprets i personal m\u00e8dic<\/li>\n<li>Procediments d&#039;asil retardats<\/li>\n<li>Acc\u00e9s limitat als serveis nacionals, incloent serveis d&#039;assist\u00e8ncia sanit\u00e0ria, assist\u00e8ncia jur\u00eddica, serveis psicol\u00f2gics i socials. Falta acc\u00e9s a menjars de qualitat ia instal\u00b7lacions adequades de WASH<\/li>\n<li>Abs\u00e8ncia de programes de divulgaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Aplicaci\u00f3 de la llei inadequada, que crea una cultura de la impunitat, especialment en els centres i els llocs web<\/li>\n<li>Abs\u00e8ncia de mecanismes de protecci\u00f3 basats en la comunitat<\/li>\n<li>Els programes de cohesi\u00f3 social van semblar limitats en la divulgaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s d\u2019observar-ho, s\u2019han formulat els seg\u00fcents suggeriments per abordar aquests problemes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Millorar la prestaci\u00f3 d&#039;informaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>refor\u00e7ar els serveis d\u2019interpretaci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>augmentar la promoci\u00f3 per millorar l\u2019acc\u00e9s als serveis p\u00fablics (educaci\u00f3, medicina, psicologia)<\/li>\n<li>promoure la inscripci\u00f3 de tots els infants en el sistema escolar p\u00fablic que augmenti el suport a l\u2019ocupaci\u00f3 i la documentaci\u00f3 (per a la seva autosufici\u00e8ncia, integraci\u00f3)<\/li>\n<li>desenvolupar i promoure programes de conviv\u00e8ncia i sensibilitzaci\u00f3 amb la comunitat d&#039;acollida; proporcionar formaci\u00f3 sobre els principis de la protecci\u00f3 dels refugiats al personal d\u2019actors de la comunitat amfitriona clau (per exemple, professors d\u2019escola)<\/li>\n<li>millorar l&#039;aplicaci\u00f3 de la llei augmentant la cohesi\u00f3 social i els projectes recreatius comunitaris<\/li>\n<li>implementar m\u00e9s iniciatives basades en la comunitat i l&#039;autoconfian\u00e7a per ajudar els refugiats a sentir-se facultatius i inclosos<\/li>\n<li>establir i enfortir programes de divulgaci\u00f3 i una resposta centralitzada (per exemple, a trav\u00e9s de centres comunitaris)<\/li>\n<li>enfortir els mecanismes de protecci\u00f3 basats en la comunitat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s absolutament crucial que les organitzacions d\u2019ajuts a l\u2019ajut estiguin fent una investigaci\u00f3 com aquesta per veure millor on no s\u2019omplen els buits.
