Concretament, hem realitzat una avaluaci\u00f3 de necessitats sobre els reptes que tenen els joves migrants per trobar feina a les zones rurals de Gr\u00e8cia i Catalunya i hem investigat els programes i organitzacions existents que desenvolupen programes d&#039;integraci\u00f3 orientats a la integraci\u00f3 social i laboral de col\u00b7lectius vulnerables. A partir d&#039;aix\u00f2, vam poder identificar les millors pr\u00e0ctiques que poden servir a qualsevol organitzaci\u00f3 que busqui desenvolupar o refor\u00e7ar un programa d&#039;integraci\u00f3 per a joves migrants a les zones rurals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Trobeu el nostre informe final a continuaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Youth4All t\u00e9 com a objectiu compartir coneixements i bones pr\u00e0ctiques amb la participaci\u00f3 de diferents socis que treballen en innovaci\u00f3 social per a la inclusi\u00f3 de migrants i refugiats a les zones rurals.
