Aquest article reuneix les perspectives de Fronteres: Cap<\/a> i OCC Gr\u00e8cia, dues ONG que treballen per al integraci\u00f3 i inclusi\u00f3 de refugiats i sol\u00b7licitants d'asil <\/strong>respectivament a Cro\u00e0cia i Gr\u00e8cia. Ambdues experi\u00e8ncies pretenen il\u00b7luminar les seves dificultats cont\u00ednues per arribar als seus grups objectiu i sobre la import\u00e0ncia de fomentar el suport de la comunitat i les habilitats digitals<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Com superar la dist\u00e0ncia als centres d'acollida de Cro\u00e0cia<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A Cro\u00e0cia, els centres d'acollida tenen un paper crucial en l'assist\u00e8ncia als sol\u00b7licitants d'asil<\/strong>. Aquests centres s'han basat tradicionalment en la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre locals, voluntaris individuals i representants d'ONG per ajudar els refugiats a adaptar-se a la vida a Cro\u00e0cia. Aquesta cooperaci\u00f3 entre organitzacions de voluntariat i centres d'acollida funciona des de fa anys<\/strong>. Els locals ajudarien els refugiats a acostumar-se a la vida a Cro\u00e0cia, interactuar amb ells, oferir tallers sobre la cuina local, organitzar classes d'angl\u00e8s i establir connexions valuoses amb la comunitat local. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

No obstant aix\u00f2, el L'inici de la pand\u00e8mia de la COVID-19 va comportar canvis significatius en aquesta cooperaci\u00f3<\/strong>. Als centres d'acollida es van implantar prohibicions de visitants, dificultant la pres\u00e8ncia f\u00edsica de voluntaris i representants d'ONG. Encara que avui dia el virus no representa tant una amena\u00e7a i la prohibici\u00f3 s'ha aixecat gaireb\u00e9 a tot arreu, inclosos els hospitals i els centres de jubilaci\u00f3, encara no s'ha aixecat als centres d'acollida. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tot i que aquestes restriccions es van establir per motius de salut, han afectat especialment els sol\u00b7licitants d'asil analfabets digitalment que lluiten per arribar a les ONG per demanar ajuda.<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per superar els reptes que planteja alfabetitzaci\u00f3 digital limitada i manca d'acc\u00e9s en l\u00ednia<\/strong>, organitzacions de voluntaris com Fronteres: Cap<\/strong> han adoptat diverses t\u00e0ctiques. Per exemple, la promoci\u00f3 del boca-orella a trav\u00e9s de sol\u00b7licitants d'asil que coneixen les seves activitats i poden compartir informaci\u00f3 dins dels centres d'acollida. L'organitzaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 utilitza estrat\u00e8gies fora de l\u00ednia com la impressi\u00f3 i distribuci\u00f3 de materials com d\u00edptics i p\u00f2sters dins dels centres, convidant els sol\u00b7licitants d'asil a participar en tallers o cursos. La creaci\u00f3 d'espais segurs fora de l\u00ednia, on els refugiats puguin visitar les oficines de les ONG i buscar ajuda, tamb\u00e9 ha demostrat ser efica\u00e7 per arribar a aquells que no estan activament en l\u00ednia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tot i que alguns sol\u00b7licitants d'asil utilitzen activament les xarxes socials, segueix sent crucial per a les ONG<\/strong> mantenir una pres\u00e8ncia en l\u00ednia per arribar a aquest p\u00fablic de manera efica\u00e7.<\/strong> Les organitzacions han desenvolupat p\u00e0gines en plataformes com Instagram i Facebook, aix\u00ed com p\u00e0gines comunes com Asylum Croatia, per proporcionar informaci\u00f3 sobre serveis de traducci\u00f3, q\u00fcestions legals, cursos d'idiomes i projectes i activitats atractives. Aquestes plataformes digitals ofereixen oportunitats de comunicaci\u00f3, connexi\u00f3 i empoderament, salvar la bretxa entre els refugiats i la comunitat en general.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Uns quil\u00f2metres m\u00e9s al sud, mentre l'autob\u00fas de OCC Gr\u00e8cia<\/strong> passa per la carretera a\u00efllada fins al camp de refugiats de Nea Kavala per recollir els estudiants, el seu equip de voluntaris entra en contacte amb la dura realitat de la "manca d'oportunitats" i les responsabilitats de les societats europees per atendre les necessitats humanit\u00e0ries persistents, d'una manera m\u00f3n digital, modern en constant evoluci\u00f3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Gr\u00e8cia, OCC va recon\u00e8ixer des del principi la import\u00e0ncia de les habilitats digitals i les classes d'inform\u00e0tica per facilitar la integraci\u00f3 de refugiats i sol\u00b7licitants d'asil.<\/strong>. No obstant aix\u00f2, l'organitzaci\u00f3 es va trobar amb nombrosos reptes per oferir aquests programes de manera efica\u00e7. L'acc\u00e9s limitat a la tecnologia als campaments, les barreres ling\u00fc\u00edstiques i la tensi\u00f3 mental experimentada per les persones en despla\u00e7ament van agreujar les dificultats.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per a moltes de les persones del camp, la idea d'assistir a classes digitals era aliena, no rellevant per a les seves necessitats, o fins i tot intimidant. Haver de fer front a les barreres socials, econ\u00f2miques i mentals del despla\u00e7ament, per no parlar de sobreviure a situacions traum\u00e0tiques i angoixants, realment pot desconnectar un de les seves necessitats de qualificacions laborals o socials futures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No obstant aix\u00f2, malgrat aquests reptes, OCC es va mantenir comprom\u00e8s a proporcionar acc\u00e9s a habilitats digitals i classes d'inform\u00e0tica, reconeixent el seu potencial per millorar la integraci\u00f3, l'educaci\u00f3, les oportunitats laborals i la pr\u00f2pia imatge.<\/strong>. Les classes no nom\u00e9s ajudarien els estudiants a integrar-se millor en les seves noves comunitats, sin\u00f3 que tamb\u00e9 podrien oferir un cam\u00ed cap a futures oportunitats d'educaci\u00f3 i ocupaci\u00f3, i una millor imatge d'ells mateixos, a trav\u00e9s dels possibles assoliments en un \u00e0mbit professional molt demandat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per abordar els obstacles que s'enfronten a Gr\u00e8cia, OCC va adoptar un enfocament polivalent<\/strong>. Va aconseguir finan\u00e7ament i equipament mitjan\u00e7ant associacions, desenvolupades curr\u00edculums accessibles<\/strong> amb l'ajuda de voluntaris i int\u00e8rprets, i va treballar per canviar la mentalitat de les persones del camp<\/strong>, destacant el rellev\u00e0ncia i valor de la tecnologia<\/strong> en la consecuci\u00f3 dels objectius personals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 entre els centres d'acollida, les organitzacions de voluntaris i les comunitats locals \u00e9s vital per oferir la xarxa de suport necess\u00e0ria. A m\u00e9s, superar la bretxa digital i fomentar l'alfabetitzaci\u00f3 digital apodera les persones, oferint-los un cam\u00ed cap a l'educaci\u00f3, l'ocupaci\u00f3 i un futur millor.<\/strong>.
