No obstant aix\u00f2, aquest sector ha estat molt criticat per la seva manca de diversitat i inclusi\u00f3, especialment pel que fa al g\u00e8nere. Amb nom\u00e9s 25% de la for\u00e7a de treball tecnol\u00f2gica que s\u00f3n dones, les dones estan molt infrarepresentades segons estad\u00edstiques recents. A m\u00e9s, quan es parla de la representaci\u00f3 tecnol\u00f2gica de les dones migrants, hi ha una gran manca de dades. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta infrarepresentaci\u00f3 de les dones al sector t\u00e9 profundes implicacions no nom\u00e9s per al futur de la ind\u00fastria sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 per a la societat. A m\u00e9s, les dones migrants que estan interessades a entrar al sector tecnol\u00f2gic s&#039;enfronten a altres dificultats, relacionades amb les barreres ling\u00fc\u00edstiques, les difer\u00e8ncies culturals i la discriminaci\u00f3 sist\u00e8mica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les barreres ling\u00fc\u00edstiques s\u00f3n un dels reptes m\u00e9s importants per a les dones migrants en el sector tecnol\u00f2gic. L&#039;angl\u00e8s \u00e9s l&#039;idioma principal m\u00e9s utilitzat a la ind\u00fastria tecnol\u00f2gica i les dones migrants que no parlen angl\u00e8s amb flu\u00efdesa poden tenir dificultats per comunicar-se de manera efica\u00e7 amb els seus companys, cosa que pot limitar les seves oportunitats d&#039;aven\u00e7. Les dones migrants tamb\u00e9 s&#039;enfronten a barreres culturals i a una manca de comprensi\u00f3 de la cultura laboral a la ind\u00fastria tecnol\u00f2gica, cosa que pot afectar la seva capacitat d&#039;integraci\u00f3 en el lloc de treball.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les oportunitats per a les dones, en general, creixen arreu per\u00f2 no s\u00f3n accessibles per a tothom. Els camps d&#039;entrenament i les escoles de programaci\u00f3 nom\u00e9s dirigides a dones tenen de vegades preus prohibitius, sovint s&#039;imparteixen en angl\u00e8s i poden requerir un alt nivell de comprom\u00eds, sovint incompatible amb altres tasques. Per aquest motiu, esdev\u00e9 crucial accedir a un espai segur per a l&#039;aprenentatge i l&#039;intercanvi de coneixements. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 \u00e9s un espai segur?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L&#039;experi\u00e8ncia de CodeWomen en la creaci\u00f3 d&#039;un espai segur<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>CodeWomen \u00e9s una comunitat empoderadora i de suport per a dones+ (incloses trans i no bin\u00e0ries) interessades en l&#039;\u00e0mbit tecnol\u00f2gic, activa a Barcelona. Aquest projecte es va iniciar l&#039;agost de 2020 com a spin-off de MigraCode Barcelona, un projecte iniciat per Open Cultural Center l&#039;any 2019 per crear la primera escola de codificaci\u00f3 per a migrants i refugiats de la ciutat. Al final, s\u00f3c trans, per\u00f2 primer s\u00f3c dona. \u201cVa ser el fet de sentir-me incl\u00f2s en tota aquella varietat, que \u00e9s qui s\u00f3c\u201d.<\/p><cite>IVANA, DEL PER\u00da<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La ra\u00f3 per la qual CodeWomen ha pogut arribar a altres dones fora de MigraCode \u00e9s que les dones poden trobar el tipus de suport que necessiten en altres llocs. El sector tecnol\u00f2gic est\u00e0 dominat per homes; per tant, ja hi ha una gran comunitat d&#039;homes del sector tecnol\u00f2gic que es poden recolzar m\u00fatuament i fer-los sentir m\u00e9s segurs en el que estan fent. Aquesta seguretat \u00e9s especialment important a l&#039;inici d&#039;una nova posici\u00f3 laboral quan encara est\u00e0s una mica insegur i les dones no poden confiar en aquest suport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-medium-font-size\"><blockquote><p>Anar a un esdeveniment CodeWomen va ser una experi\u00e8ncia tan positiva. Sincerament, mai a la meva vida he sentit aquest tipus d&#039;ambient de suport enlloc.<strong> <\/strong>Mai vaig sentir realment que el feminisme pugui existir d&#039;aquesta manera o que les dones realment es recolzen i vulguin ajudar-se m\u00fatuament. I aix\u00f2 va ser una cosa realment sorprenent. Simplement se sent molt inclusiu. Per a mi, CodeWomen en 3 paraules \u00e9s: molt solidari, molt c\u00e0lid i divertit.<\/p><cite>GABI, D&#039;HONGRIA<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fins ara, CodeWomen s&#039;ha convertit en un dels projectes OCC m\u00e9s grans i ha creat una comunitat d&#039;unes 600 dones, principalment ubicades a Barcelona. Aquesta comunitat ofereix als seus membres un entorn segur per compartir els seus plans, ambicions, dubtes i preguntes. Es tracta d&#039;aprenentatge, \u00e0nim i suport. A m\u00e9s, CodeWomen ofereix una oportunitat ideal per establir xarxes i con\u00e8ixer gent nova i obtenir assessorament professional de dones desenvolupadores amb experi\u00e8ncia. La comunitat \u00e9s per a dones, per dones, i \u00e9s un projecte de baix a dalt i impulsat pel voluntariat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote has-medium-font-size\"><blockquote><p>Considero CodeWomen un espai segur, per les persones que integren l&#039;equip, els valors que tenen i la manera de treballar de l&#039;organitzaci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed teniu l&#039;experi\u00e8ncia de l&#039;Imma, una de les entrenadores volunt\u00e0ries, i la Capucine, de l&#039;equip de l&#039;CodeWomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide is-stacked-on-mobile\"><figure class=\"wp-block-media-text__media\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/open-cultural-center-may-2.local\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/CodeWomen421-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-11739 size-full\"\/><\/figure><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El que m\u00e9s valoro \u00e9s que \u00e9s una comunitat diversa i inclusiva, i els entrenadors de totes les \u00e8tnies i or\u00edgens s\u00f3n benvinguts. M&#039;agrada especialment la secci\u00f3 d&#039;introduccions de les nostres sessions, on els facilitadors solen insistir en quines s\u00f3n les vostres habilitats en lloc del que feu. Com que no estic codificant tant com abans, sento que no ser\u00e9 un bon entrenador de codificaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 aquest enfocament a les presentacions em fa sentir acollit i valorat. <\/p>\n<cite>Imma<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>El que m&#039;agrada de CodeWomen i el que la converteix en una comunitat tan poderosa \u00e9s l&#039;oportunitat que ofereix a les dones de con\u00e8ixer i inspirar-se en altres dones+, en un espai on puguin parlar lliurement sobre les seves lluites, els reptes que s&#039;enfronten, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 les seves esperances. i les seves ambicions.
