El 15 d\u2019agost, els talibans van entrar a Kabul, la capital de l\u2019Afganistan. Despr\u00e9s de setmanes aconseguint controlar amb \u00e8xit la major part del pa\u00eds, finalment van poder prendre el poder quan el president Ashraf Ghani va anunciar la seva ren\u00fancia i va abandonar el pa\u00eds. Des de llavors, l'Afganistan ha estat not\u00edcia cada dia. I, des de la dist\u00e0ncia del campament de Nea Kavala, Shakiba i Hossein creuen que revisar les seves xarxes socials \u00e9s "realment dif\u00edcil en aquests dies". <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shakiba va haver d'abandonar l'Afganistan quan tenia quatre anys. La seva mare li va dir que ja no era segur, "no nom\u00e9s a la nostra ciutat, Baghlan, sin\u00f3 a la majoria de parts del pa\u00eds", explica. La fam\u00edlia es va traslladar a Kazakhstan i despr\u00e9s a Gr\u00e8cia, on viuen des de fa dos anys. Ara t\u00e9 quasi 19 anys i amb prou feines recorda la seva terra natal. Hossein no t\u00e9 cap record d\u2019Afganistan. La seva fam\u00edlia \u00e9s de la prov\u00edncia de Daikondi, per\u00f2 va n\u00e9ixer a l\u2019Iran. Despr\u00e9s de viure una estona a Turquia, l'any passat es van traslladar a Gr\u00e8cia. Ara t\u00e9 20 anys i encara no ha vist l\u2019Afganistan. "Per\u00f2 sempre busco les not\u00edcies perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s el meu pa\u00eds i realment m'importen", diu. Tamb\u00e9 parla regularment amb el seu cos\u00ed, que el mant\u00e9 al dia del que est\u00e0 passant amb la resta de la fam\u00edlia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tot i tenir hist\u00f2ries diferents, tots dos comparteixen una experi\u00e8ncia similar. S\u00f3n joves i tracten la dist\u00e0ncia f\u00edsica - per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 psicol\u00f2gica - de la seva terra natal. "De jove no veia el meu pa\u00eds, de manera que no em puc sentir com la gent de l'Afganistan ara mateix", explica Hossein. \u201cPer\u00f2, al mateix temps, em sento molt trist perqu\u00e8 la meva gent est\u00e0 patint\u201d. Per a Shakiba, la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s "massa dif\u00edcil tot i no estar-hi". "Imagineu com pot ser per a la gent que hi viu", afegeix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Aquesta sensaci\u00f3 \u00e9s probablement compartida per una gran quantitat de persones fora de l'Afganistan. En concret, entre els 2,6 milions de refugiats registrats, segons Amnistia Internacional. Tal com explica l\u2019Alt Comissionat de les Nacions Unides per als Refugiats (ACNUR), els refugiats afganesos constitueixen una de les situacions de refugiats m\u00e9s llargues del m\u00f3n i una de les crisis de despla\u00e7ament m\u00e9s grans de la hist\u00f2ria moderna. De fet, durant tres d\u00e8cades fins a la guerra de S\u00edria, l'Afganistan ha estat el pa\u00eds amb el nombre m\u00e9s gran de refugiats que fugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
M\u00e9s de 1.300 persones viuen al campament de Nea Kavala, 55.4% de les quals s\u00f3n d\u2019Afganistan.<\/p>N\u00fameros de l'OIM del maig de 2021<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Segons els n\u00fameros de l'Organitzaci\u00f3 Internacional per a les Migracions (OIM) del maig del 2021, al camp de Nea Kavala hi viuen m\u00e9s de 1.300 persones, de les quals 55,4% s\u00f3n de l'Afganistan. El Centre Cultural Obert treballa amb molts refugiats afganesos de Nea Kavala i, de fet, tant Shakiba com Hossein s\u00f3n voluntaris a OCC. Quan se\u2019ns pregunta sobre l\u2019estat d\u2019\u00e0nim actualment al campament, Hossein respon que \u201cnom\u00e9s estem tristos perqu\u00e8 no podem fer res pel nostre pa\u00eds. "Incertesa" \u00e9s la paraula que descriu la nova situaci\u00f3 del poble afgan\u00e8s, que viu al pa\u00eds i fora d'aquest, almenys de moment. Per una banda, els talibans van declarar una amnistia per a tots els funcionaris p\u00fablics i van prometre el respecte als drets de les dones i la llibertat de premsa. D\u2019altra banda, el preu del burqa ha augmentat cinc vegades, bloqueja la gent afganesa per arribar a l\u2019aeroport de Kabul i les imatges de ciutadans desesperats que intenten fugir del pa\u00eds s\u2019han convertit en virals en l\u00ednia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
En qualsevol cas, tant Shakiba com Hossein no dubten en dir que no confien en els talibans. Shakiba opina que \u201cs\u00f3n els primers dies que estan al govern, de manera que diuen coses perqu\u00e8 la gent els accepti. Per\u00f2 despr\u00e9s d'aix\u00f2, probablement canviaran les lleis \u201d. I Hossein hi est\u00e0 d\u2019acord. "Mostren amabilitat", diu, "per\u00f2 crec que \u00e9s estrat\u00e8gic i que esperen que el m\u00f3n accepti el seu govern".
