The CREATE project funded by the European Union and implemented by Faros (Greece and Project Coordinator), Glossomatheia (Greece), Generation for Change CY (Cyprus), Oxfam Italia (Italy), Dedalus Cooperativa Sociale (Italy), Open Cultural Centre (Spain) and French Red Cross (France), aims to empower migrant teenagers to integrate into host communities and the formal education system. The e-learning platform is a critical component of this project, aiming to make teaching materials and training courses accessible to teachers across Europe.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The primary objectives of this E-learning platform are to:<\/strong>
\u2022 Develop a user-friendly e-learning platform that is accessible to teachers across Europe.
\u2022 Provide access to the project’s teaching materials (student books and teacher\u2019s manuals that are already developed in English, Greek, Italian, Spanish, and French).
\u2022 Ensure the platform is compatible with various platforms to minimize maintenance costs.
\u2022 Establish a means for scaling the impact of the project and spreading the benefits of the teaching framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope of Work<\/strong>
The external developer will be responsible for:
\u2022 Designing and developing the e-learning platform based on the provided concept.
\u2022 Ensuring the platform is user-friendly, accessible, and compatible with Google Classroom or a similar platform.
\u2022 Uploading and organizing the teaching materials and training course content in the specified languages.
\u2022 Implementing a log-in phase for users to provide basic information.
\u2022 Integrating a system for measuring results, including downloads, completed courses, if any, feedback, and potentially test results.
\u2022 Providing technical support and maintenance for the platform.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deliverables<\/strong>
The external developer will deliver:
\u2022 A fully functional e-learning platform that meets the project requirements.
\u2022 A user guide for the platform.
\u2022 Training materials and course content in the specified languages.
\u2022 A system for measuring results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Technical Expertise<\/strong>
\u2022 Proven experience in developing e-learning platforms.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of web development technologies and frameworks.
\u2022 Experience with Google Classroom integration or similar platforms.
\u2022 Ability to implement a user-friendly and accessible platform.

\u2022 Experience implementing user authentication and login systems.
\u2022 Capability to integrate analytics for tracking user engagement, downloads, course completion, and feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Experience in delivering user guides and documentation.
